Position Overview

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in leading structural repair and restoration projects, with a focus on parking garage assessment and rehabilitation. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, manage projects from investigation to completion, and provide technical expertise to clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structural assessment, repair, and restoration projects for existing buildings and parking structures.

  • Conduct on-site investigations, condition assessments, and forensic evaluations.

  • Develop repair strategies, restoration designs, and construction documents.

  • Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to develop cost-effective and durable solutions.

  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on repair and restoration projects.

  • Expertise in parking garage assessment, rehabilitation, and waterproofing systems.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of concrete, steel, and masonry structures.

  • Experience with structural analysis software and CAD tools.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to perform site visits, field assessments, and occasional travel as required.
