Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth across Southeast Asia (SEA). This role will focus on developing strategic sales initiatives, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with key clients in the F&B process technology sector.
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven leader with a strong technical background in process equipment, or related F&B processing technologies.

Key Responsibilities
* Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
* Key Account Management: Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities within key F&B manufacturing sectors (e.g., dairy, beverages, brewery, food processing).
* Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets, engaging with distributors, OEMs, and direct customers.
* Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and provide tailored process technology solutions to optimize their production processes.
* Regional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and after-sales service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate market intelligence, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis to senior management.

Requirements
* Proven Sales Experience: 15+ years in technical sales or business development within the F&B process technology, and industrial processing equipment sectors.
* Industry Expertise: Strong network and understanding of key F&B manufacturers and their production challenges.
* Regional Experience: Familiarity with the SEA market, including customer needs, regulatory requirements, and distributor networks.
* Technical Acumen: Ability to engage in consultative sales discussions on process technologies.
* Languages: Proficiency in English; additional SEA languages (e.g., Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa) are a plus.
* Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel across the region as needed.
