We are representing a well-established and growing firm that is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Site Development group. This individual will play a key role in both the technical execution and client-facing leadership of a variety of site development projects. These may include master planning, feasibility studies, stormwater management, utility design, construction documents, and construction-phase support.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of site development projects, including budgeting, scheduling, staffing, quality control, and client satisfaction.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members; oversee performance and support professional growth.
Coordinate with subconsultants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients and serve as a primary point of contact throughout project lifecycles.
Prepare proposals and contracts; define project scopes, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations.
Track project financials and report budget variances, along with corrective action plans when necessary.
Identify new project opportunities and help grow existing client relationships.
Represent the firm at public meetings, stakeholder sessions, and industry events.
Champion quality standards and support initiatives that foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
Professional certification or licensure (PE, AICP, or similar) is preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a project leadership or supervisory role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-standard design tools.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects from start to finish.
Additional Details:
This is a full-time role with flexibility for hybrid work.
Occasional evening hours may be required based on project needs.
Local travel during business hours is expected; candidates must hold a valid driver's license and have an insurable driving record.
The position includes staff management responsibilities such as hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
