We are seeking a seasoned Director of Land Development to lead a team in Monmouth County, NJ. This position requires a candidate with a robust background in site/civil engineering, specifically in both commercial and residential sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding projects from concept to completion, ensuring top quality and efficiency at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of land development projects including grading, drainage, and erosion and sediment control.
- Ensuring all projects comply with stormwater management regulations.
- Business and client development to foster growth within the sector.
- Mentorship of team members to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- NJ Professional Engineering License is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience with QA/QC processes in land development.
