About the Company

Join one of New York City's most respected and enduring building envelope consulting firms - a company known for its technical rigor, deep-rooted client partnerships, and commitment to preserving the architectural legacy of the city.

For over three decades, this mid-sized engineering consultancy has specialized in façade restoration, structural design and forensic investigation for buildings of all sizes, from historic landmarks to high-rise residential and commercial towers. With a diverse portfolio that spans some of NYC's most recognizable addresses, the firm is trusted by building owners, property managers, architects, and institutions to deliver thoughtful, lasting solutions.

What Sets Them Apart:

  • Deep Specialization: 100% focused on façades, waterproofing, roofing, and structural repairs - with a mastery of Local Law 11/FISP and other NYC building codes.

  • Client Longevity: Their project success is rooted in long-standing relationships. Many clients have worked with the firm for 10+ years, relying on them for everything from initial assessments to ongoing maintenance strategies.

  • Technical Depth Meets Practical Know-How: The team is known for a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach that balances technical excellence with constructability and cost awareness.

  • Stable, Independent, and Employee-Focused: Privately owned, financially sound, and with low turnover. This is a firm where your voice is heard, your work is valued, and your growth is supported.

  • Collaborative Culture: With a leadership team that's hands-on and accessible, and a company culture that fosters mentorship, professional development, and a shared sense of mission.

  • Contribute to the growth of the firm's footprint with institutional and public-sector clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

  • Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) in New York State preferred

  • Minimum 4 years of experience specifically in façade restoration projects

  • Ideal candidates will have experience working directly with DASNY and/or NYCHA projects
