Key Responsibilities:
Lead the structural design and analysis of residential, commercial, and/or industrial structures.
Prepare and review detailed construction drawings, specifications, and calculation packages.
Perform structural assessments and inspections of existing buildings and infrastructure.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients throughout all project phases.
Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Review and stamp engineering documents as a licensed PE.
Support business development efforts through proposal preparation and client presentations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in [State].
Minimum 8 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
Proficient in structural design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, RISA, STAAD.Pro).
Strong knowledge of building codes (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC).
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
