BAS PLC/SCADA Engineer
We are currently seeking a PLC/SCADA Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis, supporting operations within a state-of-the-art data center facility located in Dallas, TX.
In this role, you'll play a key part in the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems that are critical to the infrastructure and performance of our data center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC/SCADA systems and associated hardware.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support automation and control system integration.
Monitor system performance and respond to alarms or malfunctions to ensure optimal operation.
Implement upgrades, changes, and improvements to existing control systems.
Document control systems, schematics, and procedures in line with company standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in PLC/SCADA system engineering (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric).
Strong understanding of industrial automation, electrical systems, and network protocols.
Previous experience within data center environments or critical infrastructure is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
