We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to lead large-scale watershed modeling and stormwater projects across Texas. This role focuses on hydrologic & hydraulic modeling for floodplain mapping, stormwater management, and water resources planning.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct watershed modeling using HEC products (ICM & XPSWMM preferred)
✔ Develop and implement H&H models for flood mitigation and stormwater planning
✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex watershed projects
✔ Prepare technical reports, presentations, and client documentation
✔ Mentor junior staff and oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Qualifications:
✔ P.E. license in Texas (CFM & PMP preferred)
✔ Proficiency in HEC products and XPSWMM
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
✔ Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards
