My client is looking for a talented and experienced Process Engineer to join our team in New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes, including RO, MBR, MBBR, and other advanced treatment technologies. This role requires a strong technical background, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize industrial processes, including RO, MBR, MBBR, and other advanced treatment technologies, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies to evaluate potential improvements.
- Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on process-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and control, particularly in RO, MBR, MBBR, and other advanced treatment technologies.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant certifications or professional memberships are a plus.
