We are seeking a mid-to-senior level engineer with extensive experience in leading multi-discipline drinking water projects. The Project Technical Leader (PTL) will drive our growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams in designing and delivering water treatment facilities and related infrastructure.
- Ensure technical accuracy of work products and mentor project staff.
- Review designs and reports for compliance with regulations and firm policies.
- Conduct site reviews and water quality analyses as needed.
- Develop technical documentation and contribute to technical publications.
- Collaborate with sales staff on proposals and meet with clients to discuss design needs.
- Attend industry conferences to enhance visibility and promote services.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (or related discipline).
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- 10 years of related experience (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with various project delivery methods (design-build, design-bid-build).
- Master's degree.

Travel Requirement: Approximately 10%
