Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager to lead the overall management direction of single or multiple construction projects. The successful candidate will adhere to established project procedures and policies while maintaining strong relationships with prime client contracts. This role involves overseeing projects from inception to close-out, ensuring timely completion within budget, and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to project procedures and policies.
- Serve as the primary company representative, accountable for project completion.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration within the project team.
- Mentor and motivate team members, promoting professional behaviour and excellence.
- Maintain a strong focus on risk management and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present project updates clearly.
- Utilize software tools, including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other communication platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or Construction Management preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of experience as a construction project manager.
- Proven experience managing projects with budgets of $10M or more.
- Ability to cultivate a collaborative team environment.
- Strong integrity and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in using a personal computer and various software programs.
