Job Title: Project Manager
Company Overview: We are urgently seeking a Project Manager for complex Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) projects. This is a critical leadership role within the organization, requiring a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage and oversee project execution.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Role: Oversee and manage complex PPA projects, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with EPC contractors and internal finance and legal teams to manage project timelines and execution.
- Team Management: Lead a team of junior staff members, providing guidance and ensuring effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Must be bilingual in English and Japanese to effectively communicate with both international and local stakeholders.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience, ideally from a developer. While an engineering background is not essential, understanding PPA and project finance is beneficial.
- Communication: Strong communication skills are crucial for coordinating with various stakeholders and managing the project team.
