Superintendent
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipeline Superintendent to join their team in San Jose, California. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working on wet utility projects. This role requires a strong background in managing large diameter and deep excavation projects with wet utilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage pipeline construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise and lead construction crews, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working on wet utility projects.
- Proven experience with large diameter and deep excavation projects is a plus.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
