Role Overview:
- Position: Structural Engineer
- Experience: 5-10 years in structural engineering design and project leadership

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver design and construction administration services for a variety of projects, including education, civic, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
- Lead the structural design efforts, make critical design decisions, and ensure the quality and completion of construction documents, specifications, and reports.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and designers.
- Mentor and develop team members as you gain more experience.
- Manage structural scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
- Conduct site visits to provide technical assistance and resolve construction issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program
- 5-10 years of experience in structural engineering, including design, modification, and evaluation of various structures
- Professional Engineer licensure in Iowa or immediate eligibility for licensure in Iowa
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office
- Experience with steel, concrete, and masonry design; wood design experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, ability to climb ladders and work on elevated platforms, and wear personal protective equipment as required
- Ability to pass drug and background screenings required for work at most client sites
