Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Engineer to lead our Geotechnical Division. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to grow and shape the department, with full autonomy over the engineering division. The successful candidate will be heavily backed financially and provided with new resources to drive the division's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand the Geotechnical Division, setting strategic goals and driving growth.
  • Oversee all engineering projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Develop and implement new processes, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the division's capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a proven track record of leadership and project management.
  • Strong technical expertise in geotechnical analysis, design, and construction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
