Salary: $110k-$180k

Job Summary
My client is a respected and growing engineering organization that specializes in providing high-quality design and consulting services for electric utility distribution systems. This company works with clients in a variety of industries, delivering innovative solutions for complex infrastructure projects. As a Senior Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative team, responsible for designing and reviewing overhead and underground distribution lines, including asset replacement and system upgrades. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth, with exposure to a wide range of projects and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and review overhead and underground distribution lines (4 kV to 69 kV).
- Develop engineering solutions for distribution projects, including overhead, URD, re-conductoring, and asset replacement.
- Manage design teams, budget, and project deliverables.
- Provide engineering support during construction and collaborate with various teams to meet deadlines.
- Review completed designs for quality and compliance with client specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and support client relationships.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distribution design (overhead, URD, re-conductoring).
- Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET Accredited).
- Experience with NESC and other relevant codes and standards.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
