Compensation: $125,000-$170,000

The Role: We are looking for a self-motivated Land Development Project Manager with a can-do attitude and a passion for innovative solutions. You'll be technically knowledgeable with strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues to bring their vision to life. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projects on-time and on-budget in a manner that exceeds our clients' expectations.
- Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents, including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensed in Washington (Oregon a plus).
- 10+ years of engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
- Initiative-taking with a desire to deliver excellent client service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
