Civil Office Lead (St Louis)
Position Summary:
- Provides direct support to the project leadership team
- Reviews project documents to ensure compliance with quality and standards
- Acts as a technical expert, applying advanced concepts, principles, and methods in the relevant field
- Stays updated on industry developments and requirements, suggesting program or application improvements
- Supports the project leadership team and staff with technical advice and guidance
- Organizes, interprets, and manages assignments
- Allocates tasks to engineers, technicians, and administrative personnel
- Coordinates the preparation and scheduling of project documents
- Prepares, reviews, and approves project scopes, budgets, and timelines
- Drafts proposals for professional services or funding for engineering projects and programs
- Ensures operational procedures align with policies and performance standards
- Regularly communicates with clients, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Leads project meetings and delivers presentations
- Represents the organization and maintains relationships with relevant individuals and organizations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or 10+ years of experience in a related engineering role
- Preferred: Membership in a professional or technical society
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with AutoCAD and GIS applications
