Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Gladstone, Oregon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing various civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop civil engineering projects, including roadway and utility improvements.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
