Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for creating sustainable and efficient designs. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and executing various projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Perform site planning and design, including roads, sidewalks, and utility connections.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site planning and design.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
