About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for residential battery energy storage systems (BESS). You will work directly with customers, installers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in residential BESS.
- Provide technical guidance to installers and end-users during installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and escalate complex issues to the engineering team.
- Create and maintain technical support documentation and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay updated on product developments and assist with training installers and partners.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting for residential energy systems.
- Strong knowledge of battery technologies, inverters, and energy storage systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
