Job Title: BIM Manager
Location: Charlotte or Raleigh NC
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development, approval, and organization of BIM content in accordance with firm directives and client standards.
- Create or modify templates and families.
- Conduct clash detection and generate associated reports.
- Set up and coordinate the ACC/BIM360 environment.
- Develop best practices and guides.
- Assist team members with BIM issues and troubleshooting.
- Streamline and enhance rendering output processes from Revit/Enscape.
- Research and innovate new tools and processes.
- Provide periodic training for individuals and groups.
- Perform project-specific production/drafting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have experiene at an architectural firm
- 5+ years of experience
- Minimum associate degree in architectural, engineering, or construction technology.
- Strong knowledge of BIM practices, standards, and techniques.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Software AEC collection, including Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and visualization applications such as Enscape.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with architectural/engineering construction documents and design processes.
