Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a full-time Architectural/Designer Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring experience across various design projects, such as residential, commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use. This role will focus on ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural projects from concept through to successful completion.

  • Ensure that project teams meet quality standards, deadlines, contractual requirements, and budget constraints.

  • Oversee and mentor designers and junior architects, manage architectural projects, assess existing structures, and develop comprehensive building programs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Apply and enforce relevant building codes and regulations.

  • Design and implement creative architectural layouts.

  • Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and client expectations.

  • Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including organizing construction documents, and ensure proper approval of plans, materials, and construction methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Expertise in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit is a plus.

  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and regulations.

  • Familiarity with modern architectural techniques and methods.

  • Ability to resolve design and construction challenges effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make decisions and solve problems independently.

  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with strong administrative and management capabilities.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience is preferred.
