Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the performance and market share of the sustainability discipline within the South Australian region.
- Work closely with discipline engineers to deliver innovative and effective sustainable building solutions.
- Exceed client expectations by ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sustainable projects.
- Develop environmental frameworks and pathway solutions in line with industry best practices.
- Analyze building energy performance and implement monitoring strategies for continuous improvement.
- Lead and grow the regional team, fostering a culture of excellence and sustainability.
- Build and develop strong client relationships, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed.

Qualifications and Skills:
