Project Manager - Land Development - Las Vegas office
A leading national civil engineering firm is seeking a Project Manager - Land Development to join it's practice in Las Vegas. This well-established company provides services ranging from single-family residential developments to master-planned communities for prominent developers and home builders across Nevada and the West Coast along with large scale commercial developments that will provide a strong range of project diversity.
About the Role
As Project Manager - Land Development, you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing development projects for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in residential and commercial land development projects in Nevada.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Senior Project Manager in Las Vegas
- Manage, mentor, and motivate project team members to ensure performance and career growth.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and revenue targets, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Foster effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing recommendations to improve departmental procedures and practices.
- Collaborate with senior/project managers to address issues related to staffing, quality, or productivity.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the state of Nevada
- 5+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development.
- Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings and legal documents.
- Demonstrates sound engineering principles and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in implementing departmental policies and managing multidisciplinary projects.

- Salary range: $110,000-135,000
