Key Responsibilities:
- Produce topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA Surveys, subdivision plats, legal descriptions, and exhibits with team assistance.
- Prepare field instructions and calculations.
- Develop survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Draft aerial surveys from UAV (Drone) data.
- Utilize new technology to address challenges.
- Engage in outdoor field survey activities.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in field or office survey work.
- Pursuing LSIT and/or FAA Pilot License.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam, Pix4d, and Leica-based scanning software is preferred.
- Experience with GPS, Robotic, and Total Station survey equipment.
