Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys and collect data on land features, boundaries, and elevations.
- Lead and manage survey crews, ensuring efficient and accurate data collection.
- Utilize advanced surveying equipment, including GPS, total stations, and data collectors.
- Prepare detailed site plans, maps, and reports.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform quality control checks on survey data and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying, with at least 2 years in a crew chief position.
- Proficiency in surveying equipment and software.
