Senior Business Development Manager - Turnkey EV Solutions:
Join a business development team selling Electric Vehicle Charging solutions, focusing on turnkey solutions in the East Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Player/Coach role with progression to dedicated management.
- Player: Close business with emphasis in the NE Region.
- Coach: Support the turnkey EV sales team, interview talent, expand into new markets, and assist with EV turnkey Commercial Strategy.
- Determine potential EVSE markets with long-term value creation, analyze incentives, and assess customer base for growth opportunities.
- Other tasks as assigned by Director of EV Sales.
Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred, 7+ years in solar/renewable energy Business Development, Finance, or Project Development.
- Leadership experience in Business Development and commercial solar project sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of national EV policies, utility incentives, and state incentives.
- Ability to structure multi-site, multi-market project portfolios.
- Salesforce experience, ability to create reports and dashboards, and analyze large data sets.
- Travel up to 20% of the time (under normal conditions).
