Role: Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Infrastructure
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid/REMOTE)

As a Project Manager in our Water/Wastewater business, you will play a high-profile leadership role, managing the successful delivery of multi-million-dollar water infrastructure projects. Join their collaborative Atlanta team and contribute to the leadership of the Water/Wastewater business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects, develop proposals, and manage client presentations
- Oversee project budgeting and contracting for successful opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships through active engagement
- Support the development of market strategies and business plans
- Leverage company resources to expand market footprint
- Oversee project execution, including engineering management and performance goal development
- Manage budgeting, invoicing, and performance reviews for assigned projects
- Mentor and coach team members for performance improvement
- Identify and develop new talent to expand the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to complete pre-employment on boarding requirements, including background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater with demonstrated leadership in the Atlanta market.
- Professional Engineering License and a Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of budgets and financial metrics.
- Skilled in contract negotiation, including terms, risks, pricing, and payment terms.
