My client is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee water and wastewater treatment projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and operational teams to optimize project outcomes and maintain quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular progress reviews, monitor project performance, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in managing water and wastewater treatment projects, including municipal and industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes such as reverse osmosis, UV treatment, and chlorination.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
