Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of electrical design and project management
- Develop department standards and practices
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards
- Lead innovation through strategic planning
- Client facing tasks including introductory meetings, scheduling, planning, etc
- Help to build out the team of engineers and designers
- Lead junior engineers
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience
- PE license
- Experience with hospitality projects
- Experience working with other MEP disciplines
- Project Management Experience
