Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing PPAs: Develop and price Purchase Price Agreements (PPAs) for solar, wind, and co-located battery storage projects.
- Tax Credits Expertise: Utilize your understanding of investment tax credits (ITCs), production tax credits (PTCs), and their monetization through tax equity.
- Project Debt Financing: Manage project debt financing in combination with tax equity to optimize financial structures.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence and project reviews for acquisitions and divestments, ensuring all financial aspects are meticulously evaluated.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pricing PPAs for renewable energy projects.
- In-depth knowledge of ITCs, PTCs, and tax equity monetization.
- Familiarity with project debt financing and its integration with tax equity.
- Strong background in due diligence and project reviews for acquisitions or divestments.
