Role Purpose
-Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth by expanding market penetration, optimizing commercial activities, and enhancing profitability.
-Customer-Centric Culture: Foster a customer-focused approach by aligning teams to promote collaboration, motivation, and service excellence.
-Strategic Adaptation: Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage across hardware, software, and services.
Customers:
-Internal: Product & Solutions Team (product/commercial support), HR, Marketing, Factory, Sales, Pre-Sales.
-External: End-users, Resellers, Ambassadors/Agents, Distributors, Consultants.
Core Responsibilities:
-Achieve sales growth by meeting targets, delivering accurate forecasts, and managing customer relationships and key accounts.
-Manage pricing, profitability, and resource allocation to achieve regional financial objectives.
-Build and sustain executive-level relationships with strategic customers, identify business opportunities, and secure new product adoption.
-Lead sales performance by implementing corrective measures, tracking incentive programs, and fostering continuous improvement.
-Drive lead generation, optimize CRM usage, and collaborate with regional leadership to develop strategic initiatives.
-Provide market intelligence and contribute to long-term growth strategies and portfolio development.
-Oversee sales team operations, including training, performance reviews, and organizational planning.
Required Experience and Skills:
Essential Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields (e.g., Science, Information Technology).
-Minimum 15 years of managerial experience in sales with proven P&L accountability.
-Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern and African cultural and customer landscapes.
-Demonstrated success in leading teams and organizations of at least five members.
Additional:
-Extensive travel required, approximately 50% of the year, across the Middle East and Africa.
-Czech, English or French speaking.
