Position Overview:
As the Director of Civil Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of our civil engineering department. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and an individual with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering civil engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategic Planning:
- Provide visionary leadership to the civil engineering team, setting strategic goals and objectives aligned with the company's overall mission.
- Develop and implement plans for the growth and expansion of the civil engineering department.
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered within established timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
Client Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for new projects and expansion of services.
Team Development:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Proven experience in a senior-level engineering role with a focus on civil engineering projects.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
