LVI currently have an opportunity open for a Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to join an established roofing company based out of West Palm (official title will be VP / Operations Manager).
This company is a smaller, purely commercial roofing business that primarily services West Palm county, working on a variety on projects such as schools, hospitals, government buildings, hotels, industrial buildings, and much more. They are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone that has an extensive background in commercial roofing, understanding principals out in the field as well as having a strong operations skill set.
Some key responsibilities:
- Manage all field staff such as superintendents, field personnel, & subcontractors
- Provide leadership and overall direction for company performance
- Manager / oversee all phases of the Production Department and Service Department, insuring profitability and continued growth
- Enforce daily company SOPs
- Collaborate with all parties to ensure that company goals, financial targets, personnel, scheduling, deliveries, and standards of quality are being met to the highest level
- Set up, coordinate, and implement procedures to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:
- 10+ years commercial roofing experience
- Ideally past experience in roofing installation / field experience
- Strong operations knowledge and / or equivalent experience (Director, Branch Manager, General Manager, etc)
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage field staff as well as implement procedures for overall efficiency / company performance
