Our client, a leading roofing company based in central FL is seeking an experienced and self-motivated commercial roofing salesperson to join their team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, be passionate about customer service, and possess the drive to exceed targets.
With 20 years of experience, this client has established themselves in the Florida roofing market, serving Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas. They have exciting plans to scale this year, and require a hungry salesperson to lead their sales team!
This position is a remote role, however, this person will be required to travel on occasion in order to meet clients & perform inspections.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships while maintaining existing ones within the assigned territory. The bulk of new business will be attained through self-generated leads through any means necessary. This client completes re-roofs as well as service work on commercial roofs, the aim is to attain new clients within these areas. This candidate will also be required on occasion to perform roof inspections, so base knowledge of commercial roofing is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years' successful track record selling, ideally with base knowledge of the commercial roofing market
- Valid driver's license
Salary & Benefits:
This client offers a salary package commensurate with qualifications/experience starting at $75k annually plus quarterly commission incentives based on sales. OTE earnings range from $150k up to $350k for exceptional performance.
