Job Title: Business Development Executive - Healthcare Consultancy
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
Location: Remote (USA) with Travel as Required
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, healthcare systems, and related organizations.
Drive sales of consultancy services in Medical Equipment Planning, Transition and Activation Planning, Regulatory and Compliance, and Low Voltage Design.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to align sales efforts with service offerings and client needs.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand market reach and brand presence.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a consultative approach to client engagement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline development using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare sector.
Established network of contacts within healthcare systems, hospitals, or related organizations across the US.
Strong understanding of medical equipment planning, regulatory compliance, or low voltage design within healthcare environments is highly desirable.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
