Job Title: Structural Inspection Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Overview: Seeking a Structural Inspection Project Manager to lead structural projects, ensuring successful completion and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage structural projects, ensuring contract fulfillment and financial performance. Monitor project scope and fees, track tasks and timelines, and manage design tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, subconsultants, and government agencies. Coordinate with other disciplines to streamline the design process.
- Address client needs, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues as needed. Perform constructability and peer reviews, potentially serve as Engineer of Record.
- Build client relationships and identify business opportunities. Participate in project meetings and negotiate contracts.
- Support marketing efforts and mentor team members. Identify training needs and participate in recruiting and onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience
- Proven success in business development, client service, and project delivery.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NBIS Bridge Inspections and NTIS Tunnel Inspections.
- TxDOT Precertified in Routine, Complex Bridge, and Tunnel Inspection Project Management.
