What You Will Do:
We need a civil engineer with project management experience to make an impact in our Tacoma office. You'll work on diverse projects like residential subdivisions, apartments, commercial and mixed-use developments, and industrial warehouses. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and mentoring engineering staff
- Serving as a project manager and interacting with clients and jurisdictions
- Planning, designing, and directing all phases of civil engineering projects
- Overseeing engineering operations including budgeting and scheduling
- Nurturing client relationships to support business development
What We Are Looking For:

Must-Haves:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
- PE License
- 10+ years of civil site design experience in Western Washington
- 3+ years in a civil consulting role with increasing responsibility
- Proven project management experience
- Experience with stormwater modeling and Civil 3D
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 based on experience
- Annual performance-based bonus
