What You'll Do:
Lead geotechnical investigations across DOT, industrial, retail, and data center projects
Manage field programs, lab coordination, and report preparation
Oversee technical execution from concept through construction support
Support proposal writing and client communication
Guide junior staff and collaborate with senior leadership on quality reviews
Coordinate with in-house CMT and environmental teams
What You Bring:
4-8 years of geotechnical experience (PE license preferred or on track)
Strong technical report writing and project coordination skills
Experience with both private and public sector work
Ability to manage multiple active projects with minimal oversight
Excellent communication and leadership potential
