Job Title: Lead and Asbestos Accredited Inspector
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000
Location: Los Angeles/Irvine
We are seeking a highly qualified Lead and Asbestos Accredited Inspector to join our Client's dynamic team in the Los Angeles/Irvine area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a preference for candidates from a consulting background. Experience in a variety of facilities, including aerospace, oil and gas, manufacturing, metal refineries, biotech, commercial, and residential, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections for lead and asbestos in various facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports on inspection findings, including recommendations for remediation and abatement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor inspection processes accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to lead and asbestos inspections.
- Work closely with internal teams to contribute to the development and improvement of inspection methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead and asbestos inspections.
- Accreditation as a Lead and/or Asbestos Inspector, or ability to acquire within 6 months of start.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to lead and asbestos in different types of facilities.
- Experience in a consulting role is preferred.
- Familiarity with a diverse range of facilities, including aerospace, oil and gas, manufacturing, metal refineries, biotech, commercial, and residential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
