Job Title: Construction Superintendent (Class A Interiors)
Location: Based out of Dallas- PROJECT IS IN DENVER, COLORADO

Job Description:
Position Overview: The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of interior construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Class A interiors, including office spaces, luxury residential units, and high-end retail environments.
Project Details: Class A suite, set to last 17 weeks, $2.5M Englewood CO area.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for Class A interior projects.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on Class A interiors.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
