Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Oversee project planning, design, and implementation.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project managers and junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 15-20 years of experience in land development.
