EnerNova Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with established client portfolios in larger sectors such as education, healthcare, and manufacturing. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can generate new business, maintain strong client relationships, and bring their existing clients to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients, ensuring their energy needs are met.
  • Identify and approach potential clients in large sectors, including schools, universities, hospitals, and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Conduct energy needs evaluations and provide tailored solutions to optimize costs and achieve sustainability goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Travel by car or plane as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the energy sector.
  • Established client portfolio with relationships in larger sectors such as education, healthcare, and manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of energy procurement, demand efficiency solutions, and sustainability strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a willingness to travel as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
