Job Description: My client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in Dallas or Fort Worth. This role is perfect for someone with 5-8 years of experience in land development looking to take the next step in their career. Experience in commercial projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate land development projects from initial concept to final delivery.
- Manage all aspects of project lifecycle, including planning, design, approvals, and construction execution.
- Drive project success by ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are maintained, and quality standards are exceeded.
- Foster collaboration among architects, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff, offering technical guidance and career development support.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience in land development.
- Proven experience in commercial projects.
