What You'll Be Doing:
The Portfolio Services Manager will oversee the third-party due diligence process across large-scale renewable energy projects ensuring technical, financial, and contractual elements are aligned for project success and investment readiness.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and Independent Engineers (IEs) reviewing clean energy portfolios.
Manage schedules, documents, and deliverables needed to meet key project milestones-such as Mechanical Completion, Permission to Operate, and Substantial Completion.
Coordinate across departments including engineering, procurement, finance, and operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
Own the flow of information during the due diligence process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financing timelines.
Contribute to risk management strategies and process improvements as the organization continues to scale.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector, including at least 1 year focused on contract or project management.
A bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or another technical field.
Prior experience with Independent Engineering review processes is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with solar PV project development, design, construction, or asset management is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate both technical and financial conversations.
A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills-you know how to identify challenges and resolve them before they escalate.
A passion for sustainability and a strong sense of ownership.
