Lead the design of substations, covering both physical design and protective relaying/control systems.
Actively engage in project management, including scheduling, work planning, and resource allocation meetings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Oversee quality assurance and quality control for projects, while mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
