Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Kennewick, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for various projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
  • Perform detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
  • Conduct research to develop new and innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP).
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience with renewable energy systems and technologies.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and control systems.
