Senior Electrical Engineer
Position: Electrical Engineer (5-8 Years Experience)
Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Based)
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join an award-winning consulting engineering firm that has been at the forefront of mission-critical design since 1980. This is a fully remote role with opportunities to contribute to some of the most sophisticated and high-performance facilities in the world-including hyperscale data centers, tech campuses, healthcare institutions, and complex infrastructure environments.
What You'll Do:
Design low and medium voltage power distribution systems, lighting, fire alarm, and grounding systems for large-scale facilities.
Coordinate closely with cross-discipline teams including mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls engineers.
Develop detailed construction documents and technical specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
Support QA/QC processes, conduct site surveys (as needed), and assist in resolving construction-related issues.
Research new technologies, code requirements, and system efficiencies to support high-performance, sustainable design.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5-8 years of experience in electrical design for commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities.
Experience with NEC, NFPA 70E, and related codes/standards.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and power analysis tools (e.g., SKM, ETAP).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fully remote team environment.
