My client is a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm with a 100+ year legacy of design excellence in senior living, healthcare, education, and civic projects. Known for their innovative, human-centered approach, they've earned numerous national design awards, including recognition from Environments for Aging (EFA), AIA, and LeadingAge for cutting-edge, wellness-driven design solutions.
They are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to contribute to transformative, community-focused projects across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Design mechanical/HVAC systems for a variety of building types
Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to develop integrated, high-performance solutions
Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system design
Prepare detailed construction documents using Revit and other design tools
Support construction administration and respond to field coordination needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
4+ years of experience designing building mechanical systems
PE license or EIT on licensure path preferred
Skilled in Revit and building energy modeling tools
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
